Our focus will be on fruits and vegetables. No red meat, chicken or seafood.

If it has blood vessels, don’t eat it.

Tuesday

1 - 2 smoothies + healthy meal (lean meat & veggie) + two snacks (<200cals each)

Wednesday

Movement is medicine. Learn a new dance. Take the stairs. Go to the mall. Skip the drive thru. Tidy up the house. Wash the car. Be actively active…NO exercise required.

Thursday

Drink 1 gallon of water, protein drinks or tea per day

Friday

On Friday’s we WORK IT OUT! Peloton. Youtube. Pilates. Yoga. Walking the park. Post your workout.

Saturday

Spend part of your day outdoors soaking in the SUN and absorbing Vitamin D.

Sunday

Rest. Relax. Refuel. Repeat.
