Who is Coach Stacie MD?
I am a physician, wellness coach, and a woman who understands weight loss from the inside out.
I’ve spent most of my life weighing over 200 pounds. I know what it feels like to navigate the world, medicine, and my own body while carrying excess weight. I also know what it takes to change that story. Over time, through intention, education, consistency, and compassion, I’ve lost over 100 pounds — not by chasing perfection, but by learning how to steward my health.
My passion is helping women do the same.
As a physician, I bring medical knowledge, safety, and evidence-based guidance to weight loss and wellness. As a woman who has lived this journey, I bring empathy, honesty, and realism. I don’t believe in punishment-based fitness, quick fixes, or shame-driven motivation. I believe in sustainable change that honors your body, your life, and your season.
Through The Hourglass Coach, I run multiple fitness and wellness challenges throughout the year.
